Sold my VW cc to the dealership a few weeks past. Jason gave a very fair price indeed. It was no hassle dealing from start to finish. My Mot was due and I offered to put now Mot on the car prior to passing it over and he said not to bother as they would do it prior to selling saving myself money. The cambelt was changed a few thousand miles prior but he said that they would do it again so as to fall in line with their very very high sales standards.
I've had many years in this business in my past life and Plymouth motor company without doubt sit in the elite level of customer service throughout the company.
I would highly recommend them if you wish to sell them your car or indeed replace your old car.

Brought my Bmw 320d from Jason. Absolute pleasure to deal with, a very nice guy who helped me from start to finish. I was a bit worried after my experiences with other traders buying this car, especially bc I hadn’t gone to see the car before purchase, but everything was how Jason described and I loved the car. Took my Corsa here last week for what i thought was a roll bar/suspension problem. Turned out something much less serious and was fixed for a very fair price. Definitely recommend.

I called this morning as I messed up my car settings my partner normally sorts these things but he passed away.
A gentleman I (Matt I think) said pop down and he’d take a look.
So popped down the lady on reception was ever so nice and friendly as I sat for only a few minutes waiting.
He went to my car sorted my issue in minutes and I’m so grateful. Thankyou so much great place where service is 100% 😊😊
