This approach allows vehicles to receive regular oil and filter changes while still benefiting from more comprehensive inspections and servicing at the correct intervals.

Proper Servicing Standards
Unlike some lower-cost service plans, we do not reduce servicing standards to achieve cheaper monthly payments.
We only use Shell or Comma approved oils alongside premium quality filtration to ensure your engine receives the protection and performance it was designed for.
Modern engines require the correct oil specifications to maintain fuel economy, emissions systems and long-term reliability. Using lower quality oils or incorrect specifications can contribute to premature engine wear, timing chain issues, turbocharger faults and DPF problems.

Honest & Transparent Service Plans
Our service plans are designed to remain honest and transparent without creating artificially low monthly costs and then adding significant additional charges later.
Items such as fuel filters and spark plugs are not included within standard service plans because replacement intervals and component costs vary significantly between different makes and models.

For example:
Some fuel filters may cost £20 while others can exceed £100
Replacement schedules may vary between 2 years and 4 years
Spark plug replacement intervals and pricing also differ significantly between vehicles
Rather than hiding these costs within service plans or using them as unexpected upsells later, we discuss these items honestly with customers when they are genuinely due according to manufacturer schedules.

You do not need to return to the main dealer to maintain your manufacturer warranty.
